Climbing Ben Nevis for Palestine

My Story

I'm scared of heights, always have been, even threw up once after a go on a Ferris wheel... However I will face my fears and climb and climb the highest mountain in the UK, a shocking 1,345 metres high as my fears are nothing in comparison to the plight of the Palestinians

Since October 7th, innocent civilians have been relentlessly attacked, with entire areas being reduced to rubble. An estimated 86,000 have been killed, with more than a third of whom are children. Even more are missing, presumed dead.

1.7 million Palestinians have been displaced from their homes, resulting in severe over-crowding of safe spaces and millions living in flimsy tents.

I am partnering up with Muslim Charity for this cause, similar to 2023 when we raised over £1,000 for the victims of the Turkey/Syria earthquake.

With your generous donations, they've made significant strides in aiding needy families in Gaza. Their efforts have provided essential food, clean water, and medical aid, touching the lives of nearly 80,000 individuals in the first 100 days.

Since October 2023, they've successfully delivered medical aid that can benefit up to 30,000 beneficiaries, distributed food packs for 19,500 individuals, and served cooked meals to 25,200 needy people. Additionally, they've ensured access to safe water for 2,400 beneficiaries and provided Non-Food Item (NFI) packs to another 2,400.

With the money raised by climbing Ben Nevis, we will In Shaa Allah be able to help Muslim Charity do so much more to help those in dire need.
