With the entire planet suffering from the coronavirus pandemic, millions around the world are struggling with low or no daily income and unable to feed their families. The cold temperatures and freezing conditions will be brutal for needy families this winter.

So we are asking our #TEAMMC volunteer family to take up this virtual challenge and run, jog or walk for vulnerable people around the world.

All you need to do is sign up and then using the STRAVA app cover the distance of 30 miles in 30 days. That's just 1 mile a day.

You can do that as part of your daily exercise, walking at home, or even running in your garden or balcony. It sounds crazy because it is, we want as many people to jump on this challenge to stay fit while helping the global family during these testing times.

By raising £250 you will enable us to provide two Winter Packs (containing warm clothing, shawls, socks, hats, blankets, mattresses, jackets, food, heaters and fuel) and two Food Packs (containing a month's supply of food) for two needy families.

If you complete the challenge by hitting the distance of 30 miles in 30 days and Fundraising Target of £250 then we will send you a "TEAMMC FINISHER" medal. Participants will also get a Muslim Charity TEAMMC T-Shirt.
